Introduction
The TransitLink Ticketing Service Centre (TSC) offers a comprehensive suite of ticketing and transit-related services in a fully air-conditioned environment, where commuters have the option to approach our customer service officers for assistance or make use of our TransitLink Kiosks at the TransitLink e-Lobby housed within the TSC. There is also a seating area which allows commuters to rest while waiting for their turn to be attended to. Commuters can perform top-ups, apply and collect replacement concession cards, or perform many other functions at their convenience even after office hours.
